Mirco Castiglioni (Мирко Кастильони)

Dott. Mirco Castiglioni is a urologist at the Urology Unit of the IRCCS Ospedale Galeazzi - Sant’Ambrogio. He also collaborates with the Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) Center at Casa di Cura La Madonnina.

He graduated with honors in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Pavia in 1987 and then specialized in Urology at the University of Milan in 1992. In the same year, he worked as an assistant in the Andrology Unit at Fundacion Puigvert in Barcelona. To further his academic training, he completed a Level II Master’s in Andrology at the University of Padua in 2005.

Throughout his professional career, Dr. Castiglioni has developed solid expertise in urology, andrology, and assisted reproductive technology, working in various hospitals in Lombardy and Switzerland.

He has also gained experience in managing neurogenic bladder and uro-andrological issues affecting spinal cord injury patients.

His key areas of interest include the management of all medical and surgical issues related to male sexual health, functional diseases of the lower urinary tract, and uro-andrological rehabilitation after prostate cancer surgery.
