Pierpaolo Prestianni (Пьерпаоло Престианни)

Dr. Pierpaolo Prestianni is a general surgeon and proctologist at the Coloproctology and Pelvic Floor Surgery Unit of Policlinico San Donato. He also collaborates with IRCCS Ospedale Galeazzi Sant’Ambrogio, Casa di Cura La Madonnina in Milan, Istituto Clinico Villa Aprica in Como, Villa Erbosa in Bologna, and Smart Clinic.

He graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Milano-Bicocca in 2008 and specialized in General Surgery in 2015. During his training, he also obtained a Master's in Colon-Proctology from the Italian Society of Surgery in 2015.

His main areas of interest include pelvic floor issues (hemorrhoids, fissures, fistulas, and prolapses) and related dysfunctions (constipation and incontinence). He spent five years at the European Institute of Oncology, where he further developed his skills in oncological surgery.

In addition to his professional activities, Dr. Prestianni has participated in humanitarian missions for two years in Uganda and South Sudan.
