Eleonora Caboni

Dr. Eleonora Caboni is an orthopedic surgeon at the Pediatric Orthopedics Unit of the IRCCS Galeazzi - Sant'Ambrogio Hospital. She also collaborates with the Istituto Clinico San Siro.

She graduated in Medicine and Surgery in 2013 from the University of Cagliari and then specialized with honors in Orthopedics and Traumatology in 2019 at the University of Milan.

From 2019 to 2022, she worked in the Traumatology Unit of the hospital, focusing on the treatment of traumatic pathologies of the upper and lower limbs. She then joined the Pediatric Orthopedics department at the IRCCS Galeazzi - Sant'Ambrogio Hospital.

Her main areas of interest include pediatric orthopedics and foot and ankle surgery, treating major orthopedic conditions in children, adolescents, and adults. Specifically, she focuses on lower limb deviations in developmental age (knock-knee/bow-leg), limb length discrepancies, pediatric upper and lower limb fractures, adult ankle and foot fractures, pediatric flatfoot and adult pronation syndrome, hallux valgus, claw toes and forefoot deformities, shortened Achilles tendon and foot equinus, traumatic and atraumatic tendon injuries, chronic tendinopathies, enthesopathies, trigger finger, carpal tunnel syndrome, and the screening and conservative management of spinal conditions (scoliosis, kyphosis, discopathies).
