Simone Mazzoli

Dr. Simone Mazzoli is an orthopedic surgeon at the Orthopedic Oncology and Reconstructive Spine Surgery Center (C.C.O.O.R.R.) of IRCCS Ospedale Galeazzi – Sant’Ambrogio.

After earning his degree in Medicine and Surgery from La Sapienza University in 2016, he specialized in Orthopedics and Traumatology at the University of Milan in 2023. In 2024, he further obtained a Level II Master’s degree in “Musculoskeletal System Neoplasms and Sarcomas: Diagnosis, Treatment, and Clinical Pathways – Orthopedic Oncology” from La Sapienza University.

Dr. Mazzoli primarily focuses on orthopedic oncology, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of primary (sarcomas) and secondary tumors of the musculoskeletal system.

He is currently involved in inpatient care, surgery, and outpatient activities within the Orthopedic Oncology Unit (C.C.O.O.R.R.), led by Dr. Alessandro Luzzati, as well as in trauma emergency care.

Active in research, Dr. Mazzoli has published several articles in indexed scientific journals and regularly participates in national and international congresses, also as a speaker.
