Vincenzo Mallia
Biografie
Dr. Vincenzo Mallia is an Interventional Cardiologist at the University Cardiology Unit of IRCCS Ospedale Galeazzi - Sant’Ambrogio and also collaborates with Smart Clinic.
He graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the Vita-Salute San Raffaele University of Milan and, in 2022, specialized in Cardiovascular Diseases at the University of Milan, training in an internationally renowned group for the treatment of coronary arteriosclerosis, angina pectoris, and structural heart diseases.
Dr. Mallia completed a clinical and research training period at the Monzino Cardiology Center, focusing on Advanced Cardiovascular Imaging (Computed Tomography and Magnetic Resonance Imaging) under the guidance of Prof. Andreini. In 2021, he also worked with the hemodynamics team at the same center.
In October 2021, he began a Fellowship in France at Hôpital Privé Saint Martin, where he specialized in both coronary interventional cardiology, with a particular interest in coronary physiology (FFR/DFR/IMR and angio-derived FFR) and coronary imaging (IVUS, OCT), as well as structural interventional cardiology (PFO, TAVI, Mitraclip).
