Paolo Sirtori

Dr. Paolo Sirtori is the Co-Head of the University Team for Regenerative and Reconstructive Orthopedics (E.U.O.R.R.) at IRCCS Ospedale Galeazzi - Sant'Ambrogio. He also collaborates with the Istituto Clinico San Siro.

He graduated with honors in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Milan in 1989, where he obtained his specialization in Orthopedics and Traumatology in 1994.

In 1991-92, he received a scholarship from the Ministry of University and Scientific and Technological Research, which he used as a "Fellow Research" at the Bone Metabolic Unit - University of Sheffield - Medical School - UK.

From 1995 to 2012, he served as a First-Level Medical Manager in the Orthopedics and Traumatology Unit at IRCCS Ospedale San Raffaele in Milan, where he focused on surgery and hip pathology.

From 2013 to 2021, he was Assistant Hospital Physician in the Orthopedics and Traumatology Unit 4 at IRCCS Istituto Ortopedico Galeazzi in Milan.

From 2018 to 2021, he was the Clinical Coordinator for the ERAS (Enhanced Recovery After Surgery) service in hip and knee prosthetics at IRCCS Galeazzi.

In 2018, he was appointed National Coordinator for the AMIS (Anterior Minimally Invasive Surgery) Technique for hip prosthetics with anterior surgical access.

In 2022, he was appointed Co-Head of the University Team for Regenerative and Reconstructive Orthopedics (E.U.O.R.R.) at IRCCS Ospedale Galeazzi - Sant'Ambrogio.
