Daniele Lino Spagnolo
Biography
Dr. Daniele Lino Spagnolo directs the Functional Department of Prenatal Diagnostics and Ultrasound Diagnostics of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, headed by Professor Massimo Candiani.
After graduating in 1981 from the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery of the University of Milan, the following year he received a master's degree in ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the clinica Mangiagalli in Milan. In 1985, he again received a specialization in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Milan. In 1988, he received a master's degree in prenatal diagnostics from Queen Charlotte Maternity Hospital in London.
Dr. Spagnolo is mainly engaged in obstetrics, both in the obstetric operating room and in the delivery room. In particular, he is an expert in prenatal, instrumental (level II ultrasound) and interventional diagnostics (willo-amniocentesis), gynecological ultrasound of the second level and in procedures under the control of ultrasound during gynecological ultrasound.
Dr. Daniele Lino Spagnolo is the author of more than 50 publications in scientific journals and book chapters on obstetrics and gynecology. His Hirsch index is 7. Permanent participant of national and international conferences.
