Marco Lauria

Dr. Marco Lauria received a degree in medicine and surgery with a score of 110/110 at the University of Palermo in 2010, defending a thesis entitled "Kirle Disease", and at the same university in 2017 he received a specialization in dermatology and venereology, defending a thesis on "Vascular Structures in Malignant Melanocytic and Non-Melanocytic Skin Lesions".

During his academic career, he has been engaged in clinical and research activities in the field of early diagnosis, therapy, and follow-up of skin cancer.

Since 2017, he has been cooperating with several medical institutions in Milan, where he is engaged in private dermatological activities.

Conducts general dermatological examinations, examinations for atopic dermatitis, inflammatory and autoimmune dermatosis, acne, rosacea, alopecia, mapping of nevi, removal of skin neoplasms of various nature (vulgar warts, hanging fibroids, seborrheic keratoses, condylomas, etc.), and venereal examinations.

He actively participates in congresses in dermatology and trichology, as well as courses in dermatoscopy and skin imaging. He is a member of the Italian Society of Medical, Surgical, Aesthetic Dermatology and Sexually Transmitted Diseases (SIDEMAST) and the Italian Society of Trichology (SITRI).
