Giuseppe Alvise Ramirez

Dr. Giuseppe Alvise Ramirez is an immunologist at the Clinical Unit of Immunology, Rheumatology, Allergy, and Rare Diseases at IRCCS Ospedale San Raffaele in Milan, led by Professor Lorenzo Dagna.

He graduated in Medicine and Surgery with honors and a special mention in 2011 from Vita-Salute San Raffaele University in Milan and specialized in Allergy and Clinical Immunology in 2018 at the same university, again with honors.

In 2022, he also earned his PhD in Molecular Medicine, cum laude, from Vita-Salute San Raffaele University.

Dr. Ramirez leads the Lupus Clinic and has a particular interest in rheumatological diseases such as antiphospholipid syndrome and other systemic connective tissue diseases.

He is involved in clinical and translational research focused on systemic lupus erythematosus, systemic connective tissue diseases, systemic vasculitis, and eosinophilic disorders, as well as other diseases of internal medicine interest.

He is the author and co-author of numerous publications and actively participates in national and international conferences in the field.
