Nicola Boffini
Biography
Dr. Nicola Boffini is a rheumatologist in the Department of Immunology, Rheumatology, Allergology and Rare Diseases at the IRCCS Ospedale San Raffaele under the supervision of Professor Lorenzo Dagna, where he heads the UnIRAR Early Arthritis Clinic (Department of Immunology, Rheumatology and Rare Diseases), Head of the Ultrasound Service of Joints, Muscles and Tendons and the Service of Intra-Articular Diagnostic and Therapeutic Procedures of UnIRAR.
After graduating with honors in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Pavia in 2009, he received a specialization in rheumatology from the same university in 2015.
Clinically, Dr. Boffini is engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic arthritis (rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, and spondyloarthritis) and microcrystalline arthritis.
In addition to this, he is engaged in ultrasound-guided treatment of joint and tendon problems of inflammatory and degenerative origin. Finally, the doctor also performs ultrasound diagnostics of the main inflammatory joint, degenerative and traumatic diseases of joints, muscles, and tendons.
Constantly participates in national and international industry congresses.
