Cardiovascular Imaging service at Gruppo San Donato combines echocardiographic competence and excellence in patient care in a unique balance. Departments under the guidance of Prof. Massimo Lombardi and Prof. Eustachio Agricola offer cutting-edge echocardiographic imaging, providing the patient with the most advanced technology and diagnostic skills on the international level.
To guarantee each patient a personalized therapeutic approach, the service is integrated within multidisciplinary teams of excellence (for example, Heart team, Endocarditis team, etc.) including interventional cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, clinical cardiologists, anesthetists, radiologists, and infectious diseases, where each case is discussed in a collegial manner for a tailored evaluation and treatment.
