Samuele Burastero

Samuele Burastero医生是IRCCS圣拉斐尔科学研究医院免疫学、风湿病学、过敏反应与罕见疾病科的免疫学家,在Lorenzo Dagna教授的指导下开展工作。
1982年毕业于热那亚大学医学院,1985年专攻呼吸病理生理学,1993年在同一所大学专攻变态反应学。
临床上,Burastero医生在科室门诊作为过敏症专科医生开展活动。
在研究活动方面,Burastero医生负责细胞和分子变态反应学研究组。
在这方面,他长期研究过敏性哮喘的Th2炎症和过敏原特异性免疫治疗(ASIT)的机制。目前,他的研究活动集中于使用基于蛋白质组学的方法监测ASIT的生物学参数的研究;他还参与了旨在确定对用于治疗严重哮喘的生物药物有反应的个体的项目。
Burastero医生还于2003年启动了与化学工业的联合项目,迄今为止活跃在免疫毒性部门,其中进行了体外试验,以预测化学品的致敏潜力。
他以作者或共同作者的身份在意大利国内外学术期刊上发表了100多篇文章,也参与了多个书籍章节的编写。H指数为35。多次作为发言人参加意大利国内外的行业会议。
