Clotilde Isabella Roberta Austoni

Dr. Clotilde Isabella Roberta Austoni is a dentist at the Dentistry Service of IRCCS Ospedale San Raffaele.

She graduated with top honors in Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics in 2013 from the University of Milan. In 2017, she obtained a specialization in Oral Surgery with full marks and honors, also from the University of Milan.

From 2017 to 2022, she was the head of the Forensic and Rehabilitative Dentistry Center at the Dentistry Service of the IRCCS Istituto Ortopedico Galeazzi in Milan.

She served as a contract professor for “Oral Disciplines 2” in the Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics program at the University of Milan during the academic years 2019/2020, 2020/2021, and 2021/2022.

Since 2023, she has been the coordinator of CORED (Centre of Oral Rehabilitation of Eating Disorders), the first and only project in Italy specializing in the prevention and treatment of dental erosion caused by eating disorders, at the Dentistry Service of IRCCS Ospedale San Raffaele.

Her clinical activity focuses on complex prosthetic rehabilitations resulting from traumatic events, diseases, or altered masticatory functions. She has specialized particularly in treating and preventing cases of vertical dimension loss, wear, bruxism, and dental erosion. Certified in Invisalign Go Plus, she primarily deals with aesthetic dentistry, prosthetic dentistry, and oral surgery.

She is the author of numerous publications, posters, and presentations at national and international conferences, as well as the book titled “Spazzoliamoci le Idee” (Mondadori, 2022).
