Davide Rovati
Biography
Dr. Davide Rovati is an orthopedist and traumatologist at the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of the Istituto di Cura Città in Pavia.
In 1989, he graduated from the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery of the University of Pavia, in 1994 he received a specialization in internal medicine, and in 2002 he received a specialty in orthopedics and traumatology.
Since November 1, 2012, he has been a freelance specialist at the Istituti Clinici Città in Pavia as an orthopedic traumatologist.
Since 1991, he has actively participated in theoretical and practical courses, symposiums, advanced training courses, courses on arthroscopic anatomy of the shoulder and knee joints on corpses and courses of emergency medicine.
Dr. Rovati performs diagnostic arthroscopy/knee surgery, hip, knee and shoulder prosthetics, corrective foot surgery, hand, and shoulder surgery.
He also conducts outpatient activities (first visits, examinations, infiltrations, and dressings) and infiltrative therapy of the hip, shoulder joints and feet under ultrasound control. Head of the orthopedic department.
Participated in numerous congresses, such as:
- IV National Congress of the Italian Society for Surgery of the Shoulder and Elbow Joints, held in Pavia on 05.06.1998 under the title "Isokinetic assessment of muscles in patients with Latarget operation" (recurrent dislocations of the shoulder) – Felicetti, Scarabelli, Rovati.
- The 1st International Congress organized by the Albanian Orthopedic and Traumatology Society "First Congress of the Albanian Association of Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology", held on May 31 and June 1, 2002 in Tirana (Albania) under the title "Report on hip replacement surgery".
- Presentation of the work at the 87th National Congress of S.I.O.T. (Italian Society of Orthopedics and Traumatology), held in Venice from 20 to 24 October 2002 under the title "Short-term results of the use of cementless "individual" hip prostheses" S. Cigni. D. Rovati A. Tarenzi.
He participated as lecturer in a refresher course on osteoporosis called "Identification of patients at risk" at the Hotel Le Gronde in Cava Manara in Pavia.
In 2006, she was a speaker at advanced training courses for general practitioners on the topic "Lumbar radiculopathy due to intervertebral hernias" and on the topic "Pain in the shoulder joint with acromial-brachial conflict and tendinopathy of the rotator cuff".
