Edoardo Cristallo

Dr. Edoardo Cristallo is an Anesthesiologist and Intensive Care Specialist in the Cardio-Thoraco-Vascular Anesthesia, Resuscitation, and Intensive Care Unit at IRCCS Ospedale San Raffaele. He also collaborates with Punto RAF Santa Croce and Casa di Cura La Madonnina.

He graduated in Medicine and Surgery from Vita-Salute San Raffaele University in 2005 and specialized in Anesthesia and Intensive Care at the same university in 2009.

After completing his training in Cardiac Intensive Care at Ospedale San Raffaele, he initially worked as a consultant and then, in 2012, joined the central operating block as a senior staff member, attaining the role of Senior Assistant in 2019.

Currently, Dr. Cristallo serves as the Area Coordinator (CAA) in the Anesthesia Unit, working in highly specialized operating rooms, particularly in gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary surgery. He is also involved in training students from the Specialization School.

He collaborates on research projects as an operating room clinician and as a consultant under the direct supervision of Prof. Giovanni Landoni.
