Eric Francescangeli
Biography
Dr. Francescangeli is the Director of the Gynecology and Obstetrics Unit at the Istituto Clinico Sant'Anna and a consultant gynecologist, also part of the coloproctology team at Policlinico San Donato and Ospedale Galeazzi Sant'Ambrogio.
He graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Genoa in 2002, and completed his specialization in Gynecology and Obstetrics at the same institution in 2007.
During his academic years, he trained in specific gynecological surgical techniques for both benign and malignant conditions and obtained certification in the use of Da Vinci and Hugo robots.
Dr. Francescangeli manages all gynecological conditions, including benign issues such as fibroids, endometriosis, ovarian cysts, uterine and bladder prolapses, as well as malignant conditions such as ovarian and endometrial tumors.
He is the author of 7 publications.
