Dr. Francesca Casoni is a neurophysiopathologist at the Medical Center of the IRCCS Ospedale San Raffaele, headed by Professor Luigi Ferini-Strambi.
After graduating with honors from the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery at Pavia University in 2005. She majored with honors in neurophysiopathology at the same university in 2009. In 2013, he received a doctorate in Physiology and Neurology from the University of Pavia, and in 2017 - a Master's degree in Sleep Medicine from the Alma Mater Studiorum of the University of Bologna.
Clinical activities carried out at the Sleep Medicine Center include work in a structural unit when patients are hospitalized for specialized studies and therapeutic evaluations, as well as work in outpatient clinics affiliated and not affiliated with the national health system.
She devotes part of her working life to compiling reports on instrumental research, such as:
- cardiorespiratory monitoring,
- videopolysonnography in the sleep laboratory,
- dynamic printing,
- long-term monitoring of the sleep-wake cycle for the specific assessment of various sleep disorders.
He is the author and co-author of several scientific articles published in international journals and book chapters. Constantly participates in international industry congresses and conferences.
