Armando Stabile

Dr. Armando Stabile is a urologist in the Operational Department of Urology at the IRCCS Ospedale San Raffaele, headed by Professor Francesco Montorsi.

After graduating from the University of Brescia in 2013 with a degree in Medicine and Surgery, in 2019 he specialized in urology at the Vita Salute San Raffaele University of Milan.

He is enrolled in the Order of Physicians and Surgeons of Brescia and in the General Medical Council (GMC) of the United Kingdom.

He completed a scientific and surgical internship in the treatment of prostate cancer by focal therapy and oncological pathologies in the urological field by robotic laparoscopic surgery.

Dr. Stabile carries out clinical activities in the field of general and oncological urology, paying special attention to the early diagnosis of prostate cancer using multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging and targeted biopsy of the prostate - fusion, as well as conservative and minimally invasive treatment (focal therapy and robotic radical prostatectomy) of prostate cancer.

As a researcher, Dr. Stabile is engaged, in particular, in the early diagnosis and minimally invasive treatment of prostate cancer. He is the author and co-author of more than 60 publications in international industry scientific journals. His Hirsch index is 18. He constantly participates in national and international industry congresses.
