Corrado Sosio
Biography
Dr. Corrado Sosio - Orthopedist and Traumatologist of the University Group of Regenerative and Reconstructive Orthopedics (E.U.O.R.R.) IRCCS Ospedale Galeazzi – Sant’Ambrogio. He also collaborates with the Istituto Clinico San Siro and with Palazzo della Salute - Wellness Clinic.
In 1994 he graduated with honors from the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery of the University of Milan, where in 1999 he received a specialization in orthopedics and traumatology.
From December 1999 to October 2012 - Medical Director of the first level in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology at the Ospedale San Raffaele in Milan
Since November 2012, he has been an orthopedic assistant at the University Group of Regenerative and Reconstructive Orthopedics Istituto Ortopedico Galeazzi.
Dr. Sosio practices clinical activities in the operating room, ward, clinic and emergency department, focusing on traumatic and degenerative pathology of the knee, hip and shoulder joints.
During his career, he has focused on the new frontiers of knee replacement (kinematic alignment) and hip replacement (anterior implants), focusing on pre- and postoperative patient management to ensure early discharge and safe return home thanks to the fast-track method.
