RE.GA.IN® is the center of excellence of Ospedale Galeazzi-Sant’Ambrogio which uses cutting-edge and non-invasive methods of Regenerative Medicine, such as infiltration of platelet concentrates (PRP, growth factors) and derivatives of adipose and medullary tissue (MSC, Mesenchymal Stem Cells), to stimulate the regeneration and restoration of the physiological conditions of the tissues affected by pathologies, trauma and aging. The term “regain” in English means "recover", “return to” and represents the mission of the center: to help patients return to the activities they love thanks to regenerative medicine.

Directed by Dr. Laura de Girolamo, RE.GA.IN® is aimed at helping patients suffering from various musculoskeletal diseases. Only the cases for which there is a recognized indication for treatment with regenerative medicine methods are treated at the center, in full compliance with the highest safety standards.
