Giuditta Ravasio

Biography

Dr. Giuditta Ravasio is a surgeon at the National Institute for the Treatment of Obesity (INCO) of the IRCCS Ospedale Galeazzi-Sant'Ambrogio. 

In 1980, she graduated from the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery of the University of Milan, where in 1985 she received a specialization in general surgery. In 1990, she also received a specialization in gastroenterological surgery and digestive endoscopy.

For more than ten years, Dr. Ravasio has been engaged in bariatric surgery, complementing it with supportive surgery (hernias, gallbladder, etc.) related to the relevant department and the activities of the clinic.

She conducts receptions for patients with requests for bariatric surgery and follow-up receptions to monitor patients who have already been operated on. She also practices gastroenterological endoscopic surgeries, endoscopic examinations of patients who have already undergone bariatric surgery, and the installation of endogastric devices for the treatment of obesity.
