General Internal Medicine
At GSD physicians, nurses, researchers, technicians, students, and volunteers are dedicated to patient clinical care, with a continuum of treatments encompassing preventive medicine, acute care, long-term therapies and rehabilitation.
The objective is to integrate clinical care, research and education with the aim of assisting patients at the best of current medical knowledge and technological expertise.
The General Internal Medicine activity is composed of inpatient facilities, a multidisciplinary medical Day Hospital service, and several outpatient clinics covering various medical specialties: Allergology, Clinical Immunology, Diabetes, Endocrinology, Hepatology, Internal Medicine, Metabolic Diseases, Nutrition and Rheumatology.
