Neurological and Functional Rehabilitation
Neurocognitive and Motor Rehabilitation deals with all clinical aspects relating to primary and acquired cognitive pathologies, neurodegenerative diseases. Patients are taken care of by a multidisciplinary team of neurologists, physiatrists, neuropsychologists, physiotherapists, speech therapists, nutritionists and occupational therapists. At GSD neurorehabilitation specialists collaborate with neurosurgeons to perform Awake Neurosurgery, with cognitive monitoring during the operation, and on the treatment of cognitive and motor problems following acquired brain injuries, chronic facial pain and chronic lumbar pain.
