Gabriele Capurso医生是IRCCS圣拉斐尔科学研究医院胆胰内镜和电子内镜科下属的临床研究部门负责人,在Paolo Arcidiacono医生的指导下开展工作,同时还是圣拉斐尔科学研究医院胰腺疾病研究和治疗中心副主任。
Capurso医生1997年从罗马大学医学院毕业,2001年获得罗马大学胃肠病学和消化内镜学专业学位,在伦敦深耕胰腺肿瘤基础研究数年后,于2004年获得消化道肿瘤学领域的研究博士学位。
Capurso医生是胰腺疾病领域的专家,负责协调炎性(胰腺炎)和肿瘤性(囊性病变、胰腺肿瘤、内分泌肿瘤)疾病患者的临床和研究活动。
他还参与了意大利和欧洲急性胰腺炎、慢性胰腺炎、胰腺囊性肿瘤和胰腺肿瘤指南的制定。
