Angelo Corazza
Biography
Dr. Angelo Corazza is Consultant of the Operative Unit of Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology of IRCCS Ospedale Galeazzi - Sant'Ambrogio.
In 2009, he graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Genoa, where he obtained specialization in Radiology in 2016.
During the period of training, he carried out clinical and research activities focusing in particular on the study of diseases of the musculoskeletal system.
He had a two-year training period in sports medicine, as a consultant of the youth sector of the football club U.C. Sampdoria.
Subsequently, he continued his training with PhD in Neuroscience with reference to motor and sports activities
He carries out clinical activities in various methods of imaging with particular interest in the pathologies of the musculoskeletal system and has gained considerable experience in the execution of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under ultrasound guidance.
He is the author of about 20 publications on international journals and more than 90 papers presented at congresses of national and international scientific societies. Generally, his publications concern pathologies of the musculoskeletal system.
He is currently a member of the Ultrasound Committee of the European Society of Musculoskeletal Radiology (ESSR).
