Francesco Grimaldi
Biography
Dr. Francesco Grimaldi is a cardiac surgeon at the Department of Adult Cardiac Surgery at the IRCCS Policlinico San Donato in Milan.
In 2005, he graduated from the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery of the Second University of Naples in 2005, where he also received a specialization in cardiac surgery in 2011.
In 2010, he completed an internship at the Ospedale Cardiotoracico Louis-Pradel in Lyon (France).
At Policlinico San Donato, Dr. Grimaldi is engaged in cardiac surgery in adults. He is an expert in the field of surgery of all major cardiac pathologies in adults, with a special interest in surgery of the aorta, coronary arteries and valves, using traditional and minimally invasive approaches.
He is a co-author of several scientific articles, the Hirsch index-2 (calculated using Scopus), the Hirsch index-3 (calculated using Web of Science).
